Overview

Joyney is a mobile application available on the iOS platform, developed, owned, and operated by Dzmitry Ihnatsenka.

By downloading Joyney to a mobile device (“Device”) and/or creating an account to use Joyney (“User Account”), users agree to be bound by this User Agreement.

Definitions

App refers to the Joyney mobile application.
Content encompasses all data, posts, notes, images, audio, materials, video, photos, voice recordings, and other content uploaded or created through the App.
Fees refer to charges applicable for the services, starting at $3.99 USD per month.
Membership is granted to registered users who have provided required information and paid applicable Fees.
Processing involves uploading, storing, editing, journaling, organizing, and sharing Content.
Prohibited Content is content deemed inappropriate or harmful by Joyney.
Service refers to the Joyney mobile app allowing users to create travel journals, organize trips, and manage their travel memories.

Membership conditions

Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use Joyney.
Users are responsible for activities on their account and Content they manage.
Devices must be compatible and configured for Joyney.
Users must keep their registration credentials secure and refrain from processing prohibited content.

Updates and modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue Joyney or its features at any time without notice.

Privacy and security

We collect personal information to enhance Joyney services. While we strive to protect data, we cannot guarantee complete security.

Content and conduct

Users are accountable for their content and must avoid impersonation, disruption, or harmful activities.

Intellectual property

Users retain ownership of their content but grant Joyney a license to use it for service provision.

Fees

Subscription starts at $3.99 USD per month. Cancellations must occur 24 hours before a trial or subscription period ends.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
The subscription renews unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Liability and indemnity

Joyney is provided “as is” without warranties. We are not liable for indirect damages from service use.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Dzmitry Ihnatsenka operates.
