Terms and conditions

Overview

GeoWaker is a mobile application available on the iOS platform, developed, owned, and operated by Dzmitry Ihnatsenka (Yellow Plant).

By downloading GeoWaker to a mobile device and using the app, you agree to be bound by this User Agreement.

The service

GeoWaker is a location alarm. You set a destination or zone on the map. When you get close, the app tries to wake you with notifications, system alarms, Live Activities, and related features (including Apple Watch and widgets where available).

GeoWaker is not a navigation or safety device. It can miss a stop if location is unavailable, permission is off, the device is in a state that blocks alerts, or the app is not allowed to run in the background. You remain responsible for your travel.

Definitions

• App refers to the GeoWaker mobile application.
• Content means places, alarms, names, and other data you create in the App.
• Fees means charges for GeoWaker Pro, as shown in the App Store and in the app before you pay.
• Service means the location-alarm features described above.

Membership conditions

• You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use GeoWaker.
• You are responsible for how you use the App, including location permission and whether alerts can play.
• Devices must be compatible and configured for GeoWaker.
• Do not use the App to interfere with others or for anything illegal.

Location

The Service needs location access, including while an alarm is armed in the background, to work as intended. You can withdraw permission in iOS Settings. Without it, alarms may not fire.

Updates and modifications

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue GeoWaker or its features at any time without notice.

Privacy and security

How we handle information is described in the GeoWaker privacy policy. We strive to protect data on the device; we cannot guarantee complete security.

Intellectual property

You keep the rights to Content you create in the App. You grant us a license to process that Content only as needed to provide the Service on your devices. The App itself, name, and design remain ours.

Fees — GeoWaker Pro

GeoWaker may be used with limits on the free tier. GeoWaker Pro unlocks additional features. Current StoreKit prices (USD; may vary by region and over time):

• GeoWaker Pro Monthly — $4.99 per month, auto-renewing.
• GeoWaker Pro Annual — $19.99 per year, auto-renewing.
• GeoWaker Pro Lifetime — $34.99, one-time (non-consumable).

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm the purchase.
• Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period, at the then-current price.
• Manage or cancel in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.

Refunds, if any, are handled by Apple under Apple’s rules. Family Sharing is not enabled for these products.

Liability and indemnity

GeoWaker is provided “as is” without warranties, including that an alarm will always fire on time. We are not liable for missed stops, missed connections, or indirect damages from use of the Service.

Some places do not allow these limits. In those places, our liability is limited to what the law requires.

App Store

You also agree to Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement and the App Store terms. If those conflict with these terms on a point Apple requires, Apple’s terms win on that point.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Dzmitry Ihnatsenka operates.

Acknowledgement

By using GeoWaker, you acknowledge your responsibility for compliance with these terms and conditions.
